Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DramaTube website at dramatube.app (the "Site") and the related pre-launch waitlist, referral program, and Founding Fan rewards (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA and UK) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.

3. The waitlist

When you join the waitlist, we reserve a Founding Fan number for you and may grant promotional rewards such as in-app coins and early access to the DramaTube app once it launches. These rewards are promotional, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and can be modified, suspended, or cancelled by us at any time. We do not guarantee a launch date or that any specific feature, reward, or piece of content will be available.

4. Referral program

You may share your unique referral link to invite friends. Promotional rewards credited for referrals are subject to the following rules:

• Each invited person must sign up with a valid, unique email address.
• Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, disposable email addresses, bots, scripts, and any other artificial inflation of referrals are prohibited.
• We may withhold, reduce, or revoke rewards and disqualify accounts we believe in good faith are violating these rules.
• We may change reward amounts or end the referral program at any time, with or without notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to access, probe, or interfere with parts of the Service, accounts, or infrastructure not intended for you.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy material parts of the Service except as permitted by law.
• Submit false, misleading, or third-party email addresses without permission.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The DramaTube name, logo, designs, text, graphics, and all other content on the Site are owned by DramaTube or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Third-party links and services

The Service may link to third-party websites or services we don't control. We're not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any rewards will be redeemable in the future.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DramaTube and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed USD 100.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to the Terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or on the Site. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at DramaTube's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located there, except where local consumer law gives you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
